Product specifications, container quantities, transit times and certifications are published in good faith and kept current. Transit times are indicative and vary by carrier, service and season. Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance — a binding price and terms are set out only in a quotation issued to you.
Where a certificate number is published you may verify it directly with the issuing body. Registrations shown as in progress have not been issued and must not be relied on.
Submitting an enquiry places you under no obligation and creates no contract. Please give accurate quantities and destinations so we can quote properly.
Access is granted by us and is personal to the individual invited. Do not share your credentials. Documents in the portal are commercially confidential and are provided for use in your own import transaction.
We accept no liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Any sale is governed by the Incoterm, payment terms and conditions stated in the quotation and proforma invoice for that shipment, which take precedence over anything on this website.
