Quality & Process
Quality is not a certificate on a wall — it is a sequence of checks with a name against each one. Here is ours, in order.
Lots are selected at the mandi or mill against your grade specification. Moisture and admixture are checked before anything is bought.
Post-processing sampling against the same specification. Anything off-grade is rejected at this point, not blended forward.
A sealed sample from the actual lot goes to you for written approval, with laboratory analysis where your market requires it.
Container inspected for cleanliness, odour and moisture. Loading is photographed, seal number recorded, and both are sent to you the same day.
12–18 days from confirmed order to vessel loading, subject to grade and season.
