Within one business day, and usually the same day for GCC enquiries — our working week includes Sunday, so a Sunday enquiry does not sit until Monday. If you give us quantity, Incoterm and destination port, that first reply is a firm price rather than a request for more information.
One full container. For most of our range that is 25–27 MT in a 20ft or 40ft container, though bulky products like turmeric and chilli load lighter. Each product page shows the exact quantity per container for every packing option we offer. We do not ship LCL as a rule, because part-container agri cargo tends to arrive in worse condition than it left.
FOB, CFR and CIF as standard. FOB suits buyers with their own freight contracts; CIF is usually simpler for a first shipment because we arrange carriage and insurance and you deal with one party. EXW and DAP can be quoted on request. Tell us which you want and the quotation will be built on that basis — the price differences between them are significant.
Yes. Samples up to 2 kg are free of charge. Courier is on the buyer’s account, and we reimburse it against your first confirmed order. Importantly, the sample is drawn from the lot we intend to ship — not a showcase sample — so what you approve is what loads.
Irrevocable letter of credit at sight, 30% TT advance with the balance against documents, or DP at sight. For a first order with a new buyer we normally work on LC or TT advance; terms open up as the relationship establishes. We are happy to work through your bank’s preferred structure.
Yes, and we design it in from the artwork stage rather than correcting it after a rejection. That covers Arabic ingredient and nutrition panels, production and expiry dating in the required format, and country-of-origin marking. We confirm the exact requirements for your destination with your clearing agent before the artwork is finalised.
Our certifications page lists each one with its issuing body and certificate number so you can verify it directly with the authority. Registrations still in progress are shown as in progress and never as held — we would rather tell you what is pending than have you discover it later.
Indicatively 4–7 days to Jebel Ali and Sohar, 6–9 to Dammam and Hamad, and 9–13 to Jeddah, measured port to port from India’s western ports. Add 12–18 days from order confirmation to loading. These are indicative — actual schedules depend on carrier, service and season, and we confirm exact dates at booking.
Commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, phytosanitary certificate, fumigation certificate, certificate of analysis, and an insurance certificate on CIF terms. Drafts reach you for approval before the bill of lading is issued, so nothing is discovered at your customs desk. Additional documents specific to your destination are prepared on request.
Yes. Every shipment gets a tracking code on its shipping advice. Enter it on the tracking page and you see each milestone from booking through stuffing, customs, loading, sailing and discharge, with the vessel, voyage and container numbers. We record each step as it happens rather than in a batch at the end.
