About Santiq
Santiq exists because too many first shipments arrive with the right goods and the wrong paperwork. We set out to be the exporter that gets both right, every time.
Indian agriculture produces some of the finest rice, spices and produce in the world. Getting it to a Gulf warehouse in the condition it left the field, with documentation that clears customs the first time, is a different discipline altogether — and it is the one we chose to build a company around.
We are a young house. We do not have decades of shipments behind us, and we will not claim them. What we have is a deliberate way of working: a narrow product range we can actually stand behind, samples approved before stuffing, photographs of every container we load, and a document set prepared before the vessel sails rather than after.
If that sounds unremarkable, it is because it should be standard. Ask any importer how often it is.
Every certification on this site carries its issuing body and number so you can verify it independently. Registrations still in progress are labelled as exactly that.
What you approve is what loads. If the lot changes, you hear it from us before it sails, not from your QC team after.
Delays and quality issues reach you the day we know, with what we are doing about them. Silence is the expensive option.
