1121 is the variety Gulf buyers ask for by name, and steam processing is what gives it the separate, non-sticky grain a biryani needs. We supply aged material — a minimum of twelve months — because freshly milled basmati cooks soft and disappoints the end customer no matter how good the paddy was.
Every lot is sortex-cleaned, polished and checked for average grain length before packing. We will send you the actual lot sample for approval before anything is stuffed.
